SHIPPING POLICY

At ZERO CODE, we aim to ensure that every order is processed and delivered as smoothly as possible. Please review the following shipping terms before placing your order.

Order Processing & Fulfilment

  • ZERO CODE operates through a third-party fulfilment/drop-shipping model.
  • Once your order is confirmed, it may enter the processing, production, packing, fulfilment, or dispatch stage.
  • Certain products may be processed or produced specifically against confirmed customer orders.
  • Processing and dispatch timelines may vary depending on the product, delivery destination, fulfilment partner, and logistics partner.

Estimated Delivery Time

  • The estimated delivery timeframe is approximately 10–15 days from the date of order confirmation.
  • The stated delivery period is an estimated timeframe and not a guaranteed delivery date.
  • Delivery may occasionally take longer due to circumstances beyond our direct control, including:
    • Courier or logistics delays
    • Weather conditions
    • Public holidays
    • Operational disruptions
    • Remote delivery locations
    • Incorrect or incomplete delivery information
    • Delays at fulfilment or logistics-partner facilities

Customer Shipping Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete information while placing an order, including:

  • Full name
  • Active mobile number
  • Valid email address
  • Complete delivery address
  • Correct PIN code

ZERO CODE shall not be responsible for delivery delays, failed delivery attempts, or Return-to-Origin shipments caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

Damaged Packages

  • If your parcel appears severely damaged at the time of delivery, we recommend documenting the condition of the package immediately.
  • Please contact ZERO CODE through our official customer-support channels as soon as possible.
  • Product damage or manufacturing-defect claims may require a valid continuous unboxing video for verification.

Tracking Shows "Delivered" but Order Not Received

If your tracking status shows Delivered, but you have not received the parcel:

  • Contact ZERO CODE within 12 hours of the delivery timestamp.
  • Our team may raise an investigation with the relevant logistics partner.
  • Delivery verification may include:
    • Courier delivery confirmation
    • OTP verification
    • Delivery photographs
    • GPS/location information
    • Courier delivery records
    • Other available logistics evidence
  • Customers may be required to cooperate with the verification process.

Unsupported, repeated, or knowingly false non-delivery claims may result in restrictions on future ordering privileges or Partial COD eligibility, subject to applicable law.

Return to Origin (RTO)

An order may be marked as RTO — Return to Origin when delivery fails due to customer-attributable circumstances, including:

  • Refusal to accept the parcel
  • Customer being unavailable for repeated delivery attempts
  • Incorrect or incomplete address
  • Incorrect contact information
  • Requesting cancellation after dispatch
  • Failure to accept a Partial COD shipment

Customer-attributable RTOs may result in:

  • Non-refund of the applicable Partial COD/advance amount
  • Restriction of future Partial COD eligibility
  • Additional verification requirements for future orders

All such actions remain subject to applicable consumer law.
