Cancellation Policy

At ZERO CODE, we strive to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible. However, if you wish to cancel your order, please review the policy below. -

Orders Already Shipped

• Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, provided they haven’t been shipped. • To cancel, email us at support@zerocodeclothing.com with your order ID and reason for cancellation. • Once the cancellation is approved, your refund (if prepaid) will be initiated within *5–7 business days* to your original payment method.

Order Cancellation Before Dispatch

• Once your order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. • In such cases, you may refer to our Return & Exchange Policy after receiving the item.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

For COD orders, please avoid unnecessary cancellations after dispatch. • Repeated last-minute cancellations or refusals to accept COD deliveries may lead to restricted access to the COD option for future purchases.

Automatic Cancellations

Your order may be automatically cancelled if: • The payment fails to process successfully. • The product becomes unavailable or goes out of stock after you place the order. • In such cases, you will be notified immediately, and a full refund (if applicable) will be issued.

Refund Timeline

For all valid cancellations, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days via the same payment method used at checkout. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.
