RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At ZERO CODE, we take pride in delivering quality products that reflect our 
streetwear spirit — bold, comfortable, and made to last. 
However, if something doesn’t go as expected, we’re here to help. Please read 
our Return & Exchange Policy carefully before making a request. 


1. Eligibility for Return & Exchange 
We accept returns and exchanges within 5 days of delivery under the following 
conditions: 
• The product must be (unused, unwashed, and in its original condition, 
with all tags and packaging intact). 
• A CLEAR UNBOXING VIDEO (without any cuts or edits) is MANDATORY 
for reporting any (damaged, defective, or incorrect items). 
• This video helps us verify the issue and process your request faster. 
• Returns are not accepted for reasons like size preference, minor color 
variation, or dislike of fit/design. 
• Sale or discounted items, are (not eligible) for return or exchange unless 
they arrive damaged or incorrect. 


2. Non-Returnable Items 
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange: 
• Items purchased during (clearance or sale events). 
• (Gift cards) or promotional items. 
• Products returned without (original packaging or missing tags). 


3. Return & Exchange Process 
If your item qualifies, please follow these steps: 
a. Contact us within 5 days of delivery at support@zerocodeclothing.com with: 
• Your order ID 
• Reason for return or exchange 
• The unboxing video clearly showing the issue 
b. Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days. 
c. If approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup or ask you to ship the product 
to our return address. 
d. Once the item passes quality inspection, we will issue: 
• A replacement, or 
• A store credit / refund (as applicable) within 7–10 business days. 


4. Refunds 
• Refunds are processed to the original payment method used at 
checkout. 
• In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via 
bank transfer or store credit. 
• Refunds will only be initiated after product inspection and approval. 


5. Damaged or Defective Products 
We perform thorough quality checks before dispatch, but if you receive a 
damaged or incorrect product, you must: 
• Record a complete unboxing video showing the package and product 
clearly. 
• Email the video and order details to our email 
support@zerocodeclothing.com within 5 days of delivery. 
Without this video proof, we will be unable to process returns for damaged 
or defective items. 


6. Cancellations 
• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided they 
haven’t been shipped. 
• Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.
