That’s why we offer free shipping on all orders across India, with reliable
delivery and real-time tracking from our trusted courier partners.
1. Shipping Coverage
We deliver Pan-India, reaching metros, towns, and remote areas alike.
No matter where you are, your Zero Code order will find its way to you.
2. Order Processing Time
• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment
confirmation.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the
next working day.
• Once dispatched, you’ll receive an email or SMS with tracking details so
you can follow your order’s journey.
3. Delivery Timeframes
Our delivery times may vary based on your location:
• Metro cities: 3–5 business days
• Other major cities: 5–7 business days
• Remote or rural areas: 7–10 business days
While we do our best to deliver on time, occasional courier or weather-related
delays may occur.
4. Shipping Charges
We provide Free Shipping on all orders — no minimum purchase required.
There are no hidden fees, no handling charges, and no surprise costs at
checkout.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via Email, WhatsApp
or SMS.
If you face any issue tracking your shipment, please contact our support team

6. Cash on Delivery (COD)
• COD is available for most locations across India.
• Please ensure your address and contact details are correct when placing
a COD order.
• Orders placed via COD may be verified through a confirmation message
or call before dispatch.
7. Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or tampered with:
• Please record a complete unboxing video (without edits).
• Contact us within 5 days of delivery at support@zerocodeclothing.com
with the video and your order ID.
We will verify the issue and process a replacement or refund as per our Return
& Exchange Policy.
8. Delays or Failed Deliveries
In rare cases, delivery may be delayed due to:
• Incorrect or incomplete address
• Courier or operational issues
• Unreachable contact number
If a package is returned to us as undelivered, we’ll reach out to arrange
reshipment.
